CELPIP Course
CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) is an English language proficiency test designed for individuals who are applying for Canadian permanent residency, Canadian citizenship, or professional designations. It assesses an individual’s ability to use English in everyday situations, such as communicating with colleagues, understanding spoken language, and writing emails.
The CELPIP test evaluates four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Each section is scored on a scale from 1 to 12, with a maximum total score of 48. The test is computer-delivered and typically takes around three hours to complete.
CELPIP is widely accepted by various Canadian immigration and educational institutions as proof of English language proficiency. It is administered by Paragon Testing Enterprises, a subsidiary of the University of British Columbia.
